Even the sales folks are not allowed to contact support directly. Finally, after six weeks of failed attempts, I contacted sales so that I could talk with a person. I repeatedly attempted to contact support and got no responses. I learned later that there is a way to cancel when I still had my account, but I could not get back in to use that approach. When I wanted to cancel my dropbox account, I mistakenly thought that I could just delete my account and that would stop the billing.
